End of the World Predictions

The belief that the God who created the world would also create hell as a real placed of fiery torment where people will weep and gnash their teeth and know physical, emotional, intellectual and spirual suffering forever.... is a believe that has come under a lot of attack.  Here are ..... brief objections to the teach of hell.

1.  If God is a loving God, how could he possible send people to hell?  The thought here is that if God loves the world he created, and if God is a God of love, then how could he possibly send anyone except perhaps the devil, murderers, rapists and paedophiles to eternal tomrent in hell.   Would not a loving God forgive those who have done evil since God is good, loving and kind?  To see our answer  CLICK HERE

2.  Some agrue that hell just describes the final destruction of the wicked.  In other words, the wicked would be annihilated and cease to exist.  This argument centres around the original Greek words for the phrase "for ever and ever" and the word, "perish".  To see our answer CLICK HERE

3.  The Fire of Hell is just symbolic and  so hell itself is not real.
